Activists in Nairobi will hold protests against atrocities in Sudan. Since the ouster of President Omar Al Bashir, the military has been accused of killing hundreds.
The activists will start from Freedom Corner. They include the Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC), Amnesty International-Kenya, Pawa 254 among others.
Protesters in Sudan have been pushing for a civilian from the Transitional Military Council following the removal of President al-Bashir on April 11.
The African Union has suspended Sudan from all its activities until a civilian-led transition authority is in place.
