Kingi Blames Jubilee For Using Food Crisis To Gain Political Mileage

Kilifi Governor, Super-sub Amason Kingi has has pointed fingers at the Jubilee Government blaming them for using the food crisis in Kenya for political gain.

Kilifi governor questioned the timing of disbursement of relief food to affected areas in various counties saying it is a ploy by the ruling coalition to campaign for themselves in the build up to the General Election while speaking at Gongoni in Kilifi County.

Amason insisted that Kilifi and its people will not benefit politically by joining Jubilee.

He added that  President Kenyatta and Ruto’s trips to the county will not affect the region’s voting patterns and expressed confidence that the National Super Alliance (NASA) presidential candidate, Raila Odinga, will emerge victorious on August 8.
