The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced the opening of the online application portal for the first revision of applicants’ choices.
As per the statement issued by KUCCPS, “The portal is now open for applicants who have not secured a course after the recent application; 2023 KCSE exam candidates (C+ and above) who have not applied; and Form Four leavers with any KCSE grade (up to year 2000).”
The program is open for the first revision of courses for placement for unfilled programs in universities, Tvet institutions, Teacher Training Colleges, and KMTC. The portal can be accessed via this link: https://t.co/6ssPlKVprL
The portal will be closed on April 4th, 2024. The placement board advises all students who submitted their applications in February/March 2024 to confirm the status of their application by logging into the KUCCPS Student’s Portal at students.kuccps.net
To revise/ apply for Kuccps courses, follow the simple steps below;
- Visit the Kuccps student portal below;
- Enter your KCSE 2023 index number in full, KCSE year (2023) and password. Use your Birth Certificate No./ KCPE Index No.
- Then, click on ‘login’.
- Once logged into your account;
- Click on the ‘Application/Revision’ tab.
- Start your revision by entering program codes for all choices outlined.
- Click on the check requirements button to verify your eligibility for selected programmes.
- A submit button will appear if you qualify for selected programmes.
- Enter the amount as Sh1,000 (for the first revision) or Sh1,500 (for the first application)
- Enter your Mpesa pin and send.
- Complete your application by entering the Mpesa transaction code in the Kuccps portal. Click ‘Submit’.
