LAMU PEASANT MAN LIVING IN FEAR FOLLOWING TWO LAMU OIL TYCOON MALINDI COURT CASE

Samuel Maina Ndegwa who was star witness in arson case between two Lamu Oil business tycoon says he now lives in fear after he recanted statement. He says he was forced to testify against business one Oil business tycoon Abubakar Mohamed Swaleh.

Abubakar Mohamed Swaleh was charged in Malindi court, Lamu county jointly with others not before court conspired together with others to commit felony namely arson on petrol station belonging belonging Said Auni.

The prosecution lined up Samuel Ndegwa as star witness who later recanted his statement saying it’s the complainant together with Investigation officer who told him to testify that Mr Swale send him to set the petrol station on fire.

The two Lamu Oil tycoon Abubakar Mohamed, the accused and Said Auni are the only two business men supplying Lamu Island with petroleum products.

The petrol station are both on two floating boat within Lamu Indian waters
