Manchester City have this morning (January 31) announced the signing of a new partnership with insurance group Hyperion.
The agreement, which will also see Hyperion join forces with fellow City Football Group club New York City FC, makes the company MCFC’s official regional partner in the UK and United Arab Emirates.
Hyperion is an employee-owned firm with operations all over the world, including Europe, Middle East, Asia, US, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand.
City Football Group’s senior vice-president for partnerships, Damian Willoughby, said both City and Hyperion have “unique growth and success stories”.
Both organisations, he explained, are built on “a spirit of striving for excellence, an unwavering focus on the needs of our supporters and clients, and a commitment to creating a globally connected, but locally relevant, group structure”.
Speaking further, Damian said: “Having been a client of Hyperion’s for a number of years we have been very impressed by their unique approach to delivering first-class service to their clients and we look forward to working with them throughout our partnership.“
