The three Africans scored 22 goals each to finish top
Senegalese talisman Sadio mane, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of Gabon and Egypt’s Mohamed Salah shared the premier league golden boot award after the three finished tied on 22 goals each.
Sadio Mane’s final day strike against Wolves and Aubameyang brace against Burnley ensured the two joined Salah at the top of the scorer’s sheet.
Salah becomes the sixth player to win the award in consecutive seasons.
The 2018/2019 golden boot winning total will, however, go in history books as the lowest since the 2010/2011 season when Dimitar Berbatov and Carlos Tevez shared with 20 goals each.
