Mombasa ksh 20billions Fraud Case Facing Father Son

Kenya UK resident Vinod Lalji has narrated to Court today how his late father Laljibhai kanji varsani estate was robbed of assets worth billions in the company Mistry jadva parbat and company ltd with accused Business Partners Shivjibhai Jadva Varsani, and son Paresh Shivji jadva Parbat Varsani, how they evicted them from the nyali house and the family business after his father died.

Vinod Lalji told Mombasa magistrate Vincent Adet that trouble started when his father was on a medical bed diagnosed with brain tumor cancer in 2003.

“We used to leave in harmony with my uncle Shivji on the same compound since my father and my uncle were business partners”.

My father was diagnosed with brain cancer and later died in April 2003.

Immediately, my uncle, Shivji Jadva and email writer Mukta Shivji wrote us several emails asking us never to step foot in our house and hand over keys and gave threatening messages of breaking into the property and stealing personal belongings of our family.

This left us in tears and not knowing what to do since our entire family was in the UK.

When my mother and my siblings came back to Mombasa from the UK the two accused had instructed their hired security goons for us never to step a leg in our own house.

Shivji and his son Paresh are Charged forging signatures defrauding shares in all companies they co-owned with Late Kanji Lalji companies that include:
Mjp management ltd,
Windsor investments ltd Kwale investments ltd,Academy properties ltd, Ghanshyam builders and various others rental income properties flats within Tononoka

The case is still on and will be further heard on a later date in June 2022.
