The three suspects accused of harboring terrorists linked to Mombasa Attack were today arraigned back to court for them to take a plea.
However, their case failed to progress after it emerged that the two suspects were said to be physically challenged.
One of the accused was said to be deaf and the second once dumb, something that could not allow the case to kick off.
