Nominated MP David Ole Sankok has joined other leaders to condole with the family of the late Kiambaa MP, Paul Koinange who succumbed to death due to covid-19 complications. He says this is the 12th parliamentarian who has lost his life due to the now fast spreading disease. He also notes that many members have died due to Covid-19 and calls all the MPs and Parliamentary workers to guarantee themselves since this pandemic is not a joke and Kenyans should take this pandemic seriously.
Speaking in Narok, Sankok said the MP who was the chairman of the security committee in parliament was a dedicated member of parliament saying they have lost a leader who was a focused leader and who could not side with any political party when it came to perform his duty and also sent his condolences to president Uhuru Kenyatta who is a relative to the Koinange family.
He calls the national and county government to divert all emergency funds to this pandemic to make sure this virus is being controlled since many Kenyans have lost their loved ones and its time Kenyans stand with president Uhuru Kenyatta on this fight and Kenyan’s must make sure they follow the Ministry of Health guidelines to avoid the spread of this virus and also called Kenyans to pray for this country.
He added that this pandemic has affected the entire world since many people in the world have lost their lives and its time the whole world turn to God to heal this world. He also urged Kenyans to come out in large numbers and go for the vaccination saying the vaccination has saved many lives in this world and Kenya should keep off from those propaganda against the Astrazeneca vaccine.
