With the election-day bell ringing, and as parties keep their pace in hunt for votes, the National Super Alliance (NASA) gave its pledge on free primary and secondary education.
NASA promised that such will be made free in full if the Kenyans send them to parliament on August 8, 2017.
The NASA principals speaking in Isiolo County said that all children in the country, poor and rich have the right to access education.
The principals Raila Odinga, slammed President Uhuru Kenyatta-led administration of failing to provide an entirely free secondary education in some communities.
“NASA government will ensure access to education for all children. The amount of money the likes of Jubilee leaders are stealing is so much that it can fund free primary and secondary education for every child in Kenya without parents even contributing a single cent,” said Wetangula.
They, on the hand, accused the ruling government for failing to provide maximum security details to tourists in the county, to offer Isiolo residents and Kenyans security backing their accusations with the constant banditry attacks witnessed in the Northern frontier.
“Every Kenyan, including you in Isiolo, has freedom to movement and entitled to maximum security, but the Jubilee government has failed to provide security to its citizens,” said Siaya Senator, James Orengo.
