The empty hospital offices will now resume to full operation after the nurses have struck deal with the government.
Following the deal, the nine-day strike by the nurses has been called off.
The Kenya National Union of Nurses (KNUN) through it Secretary General, Seth Panyako announced the end of strike today after a meeting with officials from the Council of Governors and the Ministry of Health.
“We are very happy that we have reached an agreement and what we have discussed will be handled in the Collective Bargaining Agreement talks beginning January 2017,” Panyako said.“From now, the nurses should begin going to work, the strike is off.”

Earlier, Panyako had said that he was not ready to betray the nurses adding that propoerCBA must be signed.
