CORD secretariat has released burial program for the late controversial businessman Jacob Juma. Police reports say that the businessman was shot seven times in the head. But evidence shows that he was shot at seven times, with bullets hitting him twice in the chest and once in the neck. Three of the bullets may have missed him given that his car was shot at 10 times.
Public viewing of the body at (Uhuru Park Nairobi) – 12:00 noon. This will be attended by CORD Principals and leaders. The body will then be taken to his Karen Home for a night vigil Friday and the following will happen as indicated.
Departure for Kakamega Airstrip 9:00am
Public viewing (Masinde Muliro Gardens) – 10:00am
At 1130Hrs, the body will be flown to Bungoma and arrive at 1130Hrs
Public viewing (Kanduyi Stadium Bungoma) – 12:00pm
The body will then be driven to the Late Juma’s family home in Mungore village, Khasoko area of Bumula Constituency. The body will lie in state at his home on Friday night.
On Saturday the body will be laid to rest having funeral service to begin at 9:00am – 2pm.
