President Ruto has officially opened the Call Centre International Global Contact Center (CCI)located in Tatu City, Kiambu County, signifying a major achievement in improving communication.
President Ruto graced the grand opening ceremony of the Call Centre International in the event attended by key dignitaries, industry leaders, and stakeholders.
The event underscored the nation’s commitment to fostering international connectivity and advancing technological infrastructure.
In his address, President Ruto commended the significance of the Call Centre International in strengthening communication networks on a global scale.
He emphasized the pivotal role such facilities play in facilitating seamless interactions, enhancing customer service standards, and driving economic growth.
“I know what it means not to have a job, the first time I got a job was when I was elected as an MP.” Remarked President Ruto.
“It is evident that digital technologies have revolutionized, ” he added.
President Ruto noted that the scale of digital transformation has been immense impacting every sector of the country’s economy.
The head of state affirmed that CCI will help to outsource functions like customer service, finance, and administration.
The Call Centre International is assured to serve as a beacon of excellence in the realm of customer-centric solutions.
Boasting state-of-the-art infrastructure, advanced communication technologies, and a skilled workforce, the facility is primed to cater to the diverse needs of clients.
Speaking on behalf of the management team, CEO Rishi Jatania, expressed gratitude for the unwavering support received from the government and stakeholders throughout the establishment process.
