Pokémon Uranium, a fan-made game that’s been immensely popular for its lifespan, has now come to an end with its left with nothing other than to miss the game they loved.
The game was up and running for nine years with full support from its creators including updates, downloads and assistance.
The game was pulled from online as a download when Nintendo’s lawyers began attacking the makers back in August. Now, to avoid a lengthy legal battle, the Pokémon Uranium creators have announced on Twitter that they will stop supporting the game.
Pokémon Uranium was downloaded by over 1.5 million gamers. For those that missed the chance, it was a PC game that featured over 100 unique Pokémon to collect, massive areas to explore and was all laid out in the original handheld 2D style graphics.
