Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin is expected to undergo a medical at Everton later today ahead of his transfer.
According to Manchester Evening news, the 27-year-old midfielder is expected to arrive at the club’s Finch Farm training ground after asking Jose Mourinho to leave United last month and is on the verge of reuniting with his former Southampton manager Ronald Koeman.
United and Everton are yet to agree on a fee but Schneiderlin could make his Everton debut in their Premier League fixture against City next week.
West Brom had an £18m bid rejected for the France international, who underwent additional fitness sessions ahead of the medical, and have been gazumped by Everton.
Schneiderlin has not played for United in nearly two months and his last Premier League start came at West Ham in May, when he was substituted at half-time.
