According to John Muthusi, one of the Narok County Criminal Investigation Officers, Toltol seemed to have put down his guard after being cornered by CID officers in a bar in Salgaa town in Nakuru town…
Muthusi said that Kebenei is suspected to have been behind the killing of two men from the Maasai community in Narok county during clashes that occurred in December last year between the Maasai and the Kalenjin.He also added that Kebenei has been conning residents in the area by pretending that he can sell them land within Mau Forest.
The suspect will remain in police custody untill Monday when he will be arraigned in court…
