An individual was captured in a CCTV camera on second of August 2015 breaking and stealing from an apartment in Roysambu.
The two captured by the camera entered the building at around 2:30 Pm and took several minues surveying the compound before breaking the lock.
At exactly 14:43:00 hours the youthful thief managed to open the lock in what seems to have been a master key and went inside.
The camera again captured the man leaving the room empty handed and comes back after about 30 seconds and at 14:47:11 seconds, the man leaves the house with bag full un identified items.
On his arrival at the front door, the thief takes some seconds surveying the compound and after seeing an approaching man who was entering the same apartment, the guy hid himself to let him pass and later moved out.
The guy spend less minute and later he rushed out and when he came back, he was accompanied by another fellow and at this time they moved out carrying laptop among other things.
The case has been reported to police and investigation is undergoing.
