USD 20 million seized from Barclays Queensway Branch back in March  in 100 dollar biils is fake.

“My examination of the above 13,194 specimens determined that they are counterfeit because they do not contain authentic features that are found on the US 100 Federal Reserve Notes (1996 and 2004 style),” stated Gilbert Gunn in court papers filed before Justice John Mativo. Gunn is an investigative agent with US Enforcement Agency

The cash belongs to businessman Erick Adede and was seized from a safe deposit box in Barclays Queensway Branch.

Adede had earlier claimed his cash was genuine and wanted the court to compel the State to release his money. He accused the DCI and Director of Public Prosecutions of switching his dollar bills with fake notes.
